Iam sure not all of u have forgotten the
list of books, that i had posted a few weeks back..
Time to make a few additions
GUNS OF NAVARONE:A very good book..not as gripping though..
finds a place because its the first work of fiction that
i have read in the e version..Am looking forward to watching the
movie..
FIVEPOINTSOMEONE:The blog gets its name from the book.
Not very good but gripping..here in the list because
1)my blog owes its name to the book
2)the author boasts of IIT/IIM A degrees
3)One of the very few (are there any other ??) books
that talk about life in an engineering college in India..
Comment:if u are an aspiring engineer ,read this book.
if u still want to do engineering ,slog your way to the IITs..

Life of pi
All eversions..so the going is pretty slow..
The mckinsey way is a good read if you are interested in
strategy..I think cathcer in the rye will make an entry into the list
as well...

agatha christie

hmm..that was quite unfair abt gunz of navarone mate.. thats one heck of a book.. esp the complex intricacy of the characters and the camaradrie..
grantd the plotz kinda ordinary..
but mcleanz fiction s much much better than the ordinary run of the mill 'twist' and 'surprise endin' that the sheldons of this era generate routinely..
game 4 a debate r do ya agree??
Am a gr8 fan of alistair maclean myself...it was not that gripping probably coz am not used to reading e books....
am always game for a debate ..but not when its maclean versus the sheldons.....maclean is gr8..i have read a piece of fiction whr team dynamics n camarederie were
described better.....

Hey... 5 point someone was too good. One of my favorites. Havent read Guns..... but have seen the movie and it was gr8. Hoping to see ya in coll. pretty soon.
I forgot..... i am waiting to add half blood prince to my list. If someones got it... please lend it to me!!!!
Lend me catcher in the rye and life of pi when ur done. N don't bother reading stephen king unless u can stomach a swear word in every 4.
